Start your morning grind with Coffee on Wheels

Coffee on Wheels is owned & operated by best friends Bailey Santoyo and Savanah Long who are living their dream of fueling the community with coffee and pastries.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — It’s back-to-school time, which means most of us need our early morning coffee fix. That’s why this week on Eat it Up we’re featuring a local coffee truck run by a dynamic duo that uses only fresh and local ingredients!

Coffee on Wheels is owned and operated by best friends Bailey Santoyo and Savanah Long who are living their dream of running their very own coffee truck.

"The idea for the business came to me when I was 15 years old. I loved the acronym, C.O.W. Coffee on Wheels," Bailey said. "I thought it was silly and funny and surprised no one thought about it. I pitched the idea to her and she loved it."

These two pride themselves on their service and joy while making some of the best coffee in Central Arkansas.

"If you walk up to the trailer, you’re probably going to hear us cracking a joke. We’re also neighbors," Savanah said. "We do our grocery shopping together and we only get sick of each other sometimes and the next day we’re fine. We go to our separate ends of the trailer and we’re good.”

The duo partnered with other local businesses and even a local artist who helped decorate the inside of the trailer. There are also pastries and even earrings for sale at Coffee on Wheels.

Some of the go-to items on the menu are Bailey's Summer Shaken Espresso, Sav's Cookie Butter Shaken Espresso, and the current favorite, The Cuban, a latté with an extra shot, condensed milk, cinnamon incorporated throughout.

Be sure to check the Coffee on Wheels Facebook or Instagram page to see where they will be each week!
