EUREKA SPRINGS, Ark. — A famous talk show host has been spotted recently in Arkansas.
Stephen Colbert, host of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," was seen at Ermilio's Italian Home Cooking in Eureka Springs on Aug. 23.
The staff took to Facebook to thank the star for the pitstop, posting "Stephen Colbert, you made dinner FUN! Thanks for joining us tonight!"
Colbert is added to a growing list of celebrity sightings in the Natural State this year.
Arkansans have spotted numerous celebrities at restaurants across the state in recent months, including catching football star Jason Kelce at Wright's Barbecue in Rogers and "The Simple Life" stars Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton at Alligator Rays in Altus.
