NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A suspect involved in a homicide that took place on June 14th, 2022, in North Little Rock has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder.
Investigators found that Ramondo Edwards shot and killed 30-year-old Keith Waller from El Dorado. Edwards has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.
