ARKANSAS, USA — Update: As of 10:33 p.m., there are 49 North Little Rock Electric and 699 Entergy customers remaining without power.
Over 2,000 people in Pulaski County were left without power on Sunday evening.
While the exact cause of the power outages is not known at this time, there was a severe thunderstorm warning issued for several counties, including Pulaski.
Reports show that just before 7:00 p.m., there was even a local storm report of 53 mph winds at the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport.
The North Little Rock Electric Department reported having over 1,400 homes without power and said their crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power.
Entergy Arkansas also has reported nearly 900 power outages in Pulaski County.
