LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Two arrests have now been made in separate cases involving child sexual abuse material in Arkansas.
According to reports, after receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, officials launched an investigation into 25-year-old Giovanni Ibarra of Sherwood.
Ibarra was later arrested on multiple federal felony charges for the production, distribution, and possession of child sexual abuse material of a toddler.
He has been booked into the Pulaski County Jail.
In a separate case, agents arrested 39-year-old Darien Trigleth of Conway on 150 counts of possessing, distributing, or viewing child sexual abuse materials.
Trigleth was booked in the Faulkner County Jail.
“Such unfathomable and despicable acts have no place in our society, and I will continue to bring the perpetrators of these horrific crimes to justice.," said Attorney General Tim Griffin.
