LONOKE, Ark. — Officials in Lonoke are currently investigating after two people were killed in a fire on Tuesday night.
According to reports, just before 11:00 p.m., deputies and area fire departments were called to the 600 block of Robin Road with reports of a structure fire.
Crews were able to extinguish the fire, and inside the home, they found two bodies.
No information has been released regarding the identity of the victims but their bodies have been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for identification.
Fire investigators with Arkansas State Police are conducting an investigation to determine the exact cause of the fire.
