NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A North Little Rock woman claimed a large prize on Thursday from a Natural State Jackpot ticket that she bought via the Jackpocket lottery app for last Saturday's drawing.
The winning numbers for her ticket were 7, 9, 13, 32, and 39.
McTyer explained that she was just relaxing at home when she received a text from Jackpocket that said, "You Won Big!"
“I was thinking, ‘Oh, I won like a hundred bucks,” she said.
“Then when I opened the text, I had to look at it four times to see that all the numbers matched. And then I was like, ‘Oh, my God! I now can pay off the house I bought five years ago for me and my mom. I’m just so blessed and thankful,” she added.
She also explained that she first learned about the Jackpocket app on Facebook and began to read all about it.
So she then used the "little bit of money" she had in her Jackpocket account to purchase a few tickets on Saturday.
The winner explained that 2022 may very well be her lucky year.
“It’s funny because my boyfriend and I won $50,000 off a scratch-off ticket in June, and I got promoted at work this year, too,” said McTyer.
