Pine Bluff police responded to S. Richard Drive in Pine Bluff Wednesday after a shooting had been reported.
There was one male victim inside the house who was responsive. He said that he had been shot in the street outside of the house.
He was taken to Jefferson Regional Medical Center, and then later transferred to UAMS, according to police.
Police said they already have a suspect in custody.
The Pine Buff Police Department said that this is the 16th homicide for Pine Bluff this year.
