The toll-free number is 888-244-4023. Residents can call to report damage and to register for Red Cross resources. The number will be answered 24/7.
Callers will be asked to provide their name, address, and contact information to register for resources. A Red Cross volunteer will then aid individuals in developing a recovery plan and inform them of resources.
