LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: Traffic on I-430 has been cleared.
Traffic on I-430 southbound has been blocked following a 3-vehicle accident on the Arkansas River bridge in Little Rock.
According to traffic officials, the incident is impacting the right lane and the shoulder lane that's also used as a manage lane.
