Arkansas State Police trooper injured in single-vehicle accident to undergo surgery
Corporal Clayton McWilliams is still on a ventilator, but is able to respond to others--but not consistently. He'll have surgery on Tues., Jan 8, to fix his broken pelvis and femur.
