LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Mayor Frank Scott Jr. will deliver his second State of the City address Thursday evening.
According to a press release, Scott will focus on the theme "Lift Little Rock."
Scott will review 2019 for residents of Little Rock and talk about 2020 priorities. Those priorities include plans for "public safety, parks, economic development, and citizen engagement."
He will also tell residents of the city about the "new mission and vision" for Little Rock.
The address will take place at 6 p.m. and will be live streamed at the Dunbar, Southwest, and West Central community centers to allow more residents to watch the address.
A light meal will be provided at each community center.
