FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas defensive lineman Landon Jackson, kicker Cam Little and punter Max Fletcher were all featured on the 2023 Coaches' All-SEC team, announced by the league office on Tuesday.
Jackson and Little earned first-team All-SEC honors, while Fletcher was named to the second team.
As an anchor for Arkansas's defense, Jackson tallied 44 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks and one pass breakup en route to claiming first-team praise. The junior from Texarkana, Texas, recorded career-highs in tackles (11), tackles for loss (3.5) and sacks (3.5) in a 24-21 loss at Alabama on Oct. 14.
He is the first Razorback defensive lineman to earn a first-team selection since Jake Bequette in 2011.
Little, the kickoff specialist, who is forgoing his senior year to enter the 2024 NFL Draft, totaled 3,981 yards on 62 kickoffs and recorded 53 touchbacks this season. Little's 64.2 yards per kickoff is tied for the fifth-best in the nation, and he's fourth nationally with an 85.5 touchback percentage.
While the Razorbacks struggled on offense, the team often leaned heavily on Little to put points on the board, connecting on 20-of-24 (83.3%) field goal attempts and converting on all 33 of his extra point attempts during the 2023 season.
It makes the second consecutive year an Arkansas kickoff specialist has claimed the first-team honors after Jake Bates collected the accolade in 2022.
Fletcher, who booted 59 punts for an SEC-leading 2,770 yards, is the first Arkansas punter to receive All-SEC recognition since Dylan Breeding in 2012.
The sophomore second-teamer ranks fourth in the conference in yards per punt (47), pinning a fourth-best 19 punts inside the 20-yard line. The Melbourne, Australia, product boomed 23 punts for 50+ yards in 2023, including four punts for 60+ yards. Fletcher booted a career-long 71-yard punt vs. Auburn on Nov. 11.
On Tuesday, Fletcher announced he would return to the Razorbacks for the 2024 season.
The SEC will announce its postseason individual awards on Wednesday and the All-Freshman team on Thursday.
