LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department has arrested a second person in connection to a shooting that left one man dead on July 25.
According to reports, officials responded to Labette Manor and discovered 23-year-old Elijah Tolbert suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
On August 22, 21-year-old Justice Parker was taken into custody and charged with capital murder. Earlier this month, police also arrested 26-year-old Dalan Patterson on a capital murder charge.
