LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The 2024 elections results are beginning to pour in and we have a quick round-up of all the key races in Arkansas along with up-to-date voting totals.
Voter turnout in Arkansas increased for the 2024 election in comparison to the numbers in 2020, according to an official with the Secretary of State's office.
The state is reporting that 845,809 people voted early with 30,754 absentee votes collected.

Former President Donald Trump has now won the state of Arkansas for the third year in a row defeating Vice President Kamala Harris.

Republican Congressman Rick Crawford has been re-elected to serve the people of the First Congressional District in Arkansas.
Republican incumbent Congressman French Hill has won the Second Congressional District for the sixth time by defeating Democratic challenger Marcus Jones, according to the Associated Press.
The Associated Press has projected that U.S. Rep. Steve Womack has beat out his Democratic and Libertarian opponents for Arkansas's 3rd Congressional District seat.
Rep. Bruce Westerman has won Arkansas's 4th Congressional District seat, according to the Associated Press.
While the race for Issue 2 has not officially been decided yet, here's the latest information on trends in that race:

Issue 1 has passed, according to the Associated Press. As of 8:55 p.m., 89% of Arkansas voters voted for and 11% of voters have voted against Issue 1 which would expand the use of lottery proceeds.

Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justice
As of 9:10 p.m., the race for the Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justice between Karen Baker and Rhonda Wood is tight with Baker having 52% of the vote and Wood having 48%.
Little Rock sales tax
As of 7:40 p.m., 62% of voters are against Little Rock's 5/8 sales tax increase, while 38% are for it. As of 8 p.m., 58% are against Little Rock's 3/8 sales tax increase, while 42% are for it.
